Libraverio Levels

Five simple levels help every listener find stories that feel right.

Libraverio stories are organized by the English needed to comfortably understand and enjoy them.

The levels aren’t grades. They aren’t ages. And they aren’t a test.

A young child, an English learner, a homeschool student, and an adult learning English may all enjoy stories from the same Libraverio Level.

Start where listening feels comfortable. Grow from there.

Level 1 Start

Simple English. A comfortable place to begin.

Start uses our most accessible language, with short sentences, familiar words, and clear storytelling.

It’s a good place for beginning English learners, young children, and anyone who wants simple spoken English that’s easy to follow.

CEFR: A1-A2

Level 2 Build

More words. Longer sentences. More story.

Build introduces a larger vocabulary and longer sentences while keeping the language clear and approachable.

It’s designed for listeners who understand simple English and are ready for stories with a little more depth.

CEFR: A2-B1

Level 3 Grow

Natural English for confident listeners.

Grow moves into fuller, more natural storytelling with richer vocabulary and more varied sentence structures.

It’s a strong fit for intermediate English learners, older children, homeschool students, and anyone comfortable following everyday English.

CEFR: B1

Level 4 Read

Full English. Great stories without simplification.

Read is where listeners encounter rich, natural prose and complete storytelling without the language limits of the earlier levels.

This is the home for capable readers and listeners ready to enjoy classic literature, challenging stories, and the language in which those stories were meant to be told.

CEFR: B2 and above

Level 5 Master

Go beyond the story.

Master is our highest learning level.

Here, advanced listeners, students, teachers, and lifelong learners can explore sophisticated language, deeper ideas, vocabulary, context, and learning material that goes beyond simply understanding the story.

CEFR: C1 and above

Which Level Is Right for Me?

You don’t need a test.

Start with Level 1.

If it feels easy, try Level 2.

Keep going until the words become hard to follow.

The level before that is probably a good place to start.

Levels Help You Choose. They Don’t Hold You Back.

You don’t have to stay in one Libraverio Level.

Listen to an easier story when you want to relax. Try something harder when you want a challenge. Children grow. English learners improve. Even experienced readers sometimes want something simple.

The levels are here to make finding the right story easier, not to put anyone in a box.

The right level is the one that keeps you listening.
